This week on a very special Eric Bolling Podcast, Eric speaks with former President and 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump about the chaos at the border; Biden’s diminishing mental faculties; Iran’s role in the Middle East, and more. Forty-five even has a few nice things to say about Eric along the way. Excerpts from the interview below.
TRUMP ON THE RISE IN ANTISEMITISM ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES AND THE TESTIMONY ON THE HILL: “A terrible display of stupidity at those schools…[Claudine Gay] should be out. I watched her performance, it was pathetic…those answers were horrible.”
TRUMP ON THE BORDER CRISIS:Â “We built 561 miles of wall…we had the safest border in the history of our country and now we have the worst border, I think, anywhere in the world…a third-world country wouldn’t stand for it.”
Bolling reminds Trump that everyone in the Biden Administration who called him “bigoted” and “racist” for building the border wall now wants to bring back some Trump-era policies.
“It’s an election play. Even the wall —they want to build 25 miles of wall. That’s nothing. I built hundreds of miles of wall and I was ready within three weeks I would have had another 200 miles up,” Trump said. “They want to get a little credit for building a wall but they don’t really want to build a wall…they’re not doing anything, it’s all words.”
“They’re coming in from prisons all over the world and mental institutions and insane asylums from all over the world. Many terrorists are coming in. We’re going to be paying for this for a long time and we’re going to have a mass deportation and especially rapidly of the criminals.”
“Our country can’t hold this. We don’t have rooms in our hospitals or our schools.”Â
“We have classrooms and schools that are loaded up with people who can’t speak a word of English. And the schools are there and they have no idea what to do about it”
“Allowing tens of millions of people into our country —I believe the real number is 15 million —that’s going to be one of the great tragic events in the history of our country.”
TRUMP ON THE JOE BIDEN: “He’s the worst president we’ve ever had by a factor of 10. There has never been a president worse than this guy and the question is whether or not he makes it to the starting gate. It’s a little bit hard to understand how he could.”
“You’re going to have World War III and you have a guy who can’t put two sentences together in the White House.”
TRUMP ON IRAN: “Iran was broke during my administration —they had no money. Now, they’re rich at $200 billion dollars at least. They got $6 billion dollars just from five hostages and they got another $10 billion dollars recently.”
TRUMP ON BOLLING:Â “We have been friends a very long time and I have a lot of respect for the job you do and it’s an honor to be with you.”
