In its first attack on Israel since April, Iran launched hundreds of ballistic missiles toward the Jewish state on Tuesday in response to the recent assassinations of Hezbollah’s top officials, including its chief Hassan Nasrallah.
“If the Zionist regime reacts to the operation, it will face heavy attacks,” Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned.
Initial reports show most — but not all — of the missiles were stopped by Israel’s Iron Dome anti-missile defense system.
