Before heading into the Manhattan courtroom on Tuesday morning, former President and 2024 GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump said he’s fighting for 300,000,000 Americans; “I have no choice.”
“I’m fighting for 300 million people… I have no choice. It’s not that I like doing this. Sitting in an ice box all day for 7, 8, 9 hours… But I’m doing this because our country needs it. Our Constitution is under threat. Our country needs it. So here I am.”
A verdict is expected in Trump’s NYC trial as early as next week.
