It’s been more than two years…

Former President Donald Trump fired up his Twitter (X) account to share a message with his 87 million followers shortly after his arrest and mugshot at Fulton County Jail in Georgia.

Trump shared his mugshot with the message “never surrender” and a link for donations.

The tweet has been liked more than one million times.

“Today, at the notoriously violent jail in Fulton County, Georgia, I was ARRESTED despite having committed NO CRIME,” Trump wrote on the campaign web page’s home screen.

“The American people know what’s going on. What has taken place is a travesty of justice and ELECTION INTERFERENCE. The Left wants to intimidate YOU out of voting for a political outsider who puts the American people FIRST.

“But today, I walked into the lion’s den with one simple message on behalf of our entire movement: I WILL NEVER SURRENDER OUR MISSION TO SAVE AMERICA.”

The tweet prior to his latest was a message that he would not be attending Joe Biden’s inauguration.
