Not exactly peaceful protesting…
A pro-Palestinian mob flooded a New York City subway car this week and asked “Zionists” to raise their hands. Any pro-Israel straphangers were warned: “This is your chance to get out.”
One man told a group of masked protesters, “Repeat after me” — then said: “Raise your hand if you’re a Zionist.”
The mob echoed the man, who continued: “This is your chance to get out.”
“Okay, no Zionists, we’re good,” he said as others cheered.

From The New York Post:
Zionism is defined by the Anti-Defamation League as “the self-determination and statehood for the Jewish people” in Israel.
Some 80% of US Jews said in a 2021 survey that caring about Israel is a key part of being Jewish.
On Tuesday, Mayor Eric Adams addressed the virulent antisemitic behavior that pervaded Monday’s protests.
“My fellow New Yorkers, in this country we must always protect the right to free speech. But I have a moral obligation to speak out when the messages that some New Yorkers are sharing go beyond the pale,” Adams said in a video address.
“These are reprehensible and vile comments. I, and every New Yorker who stands for peace, stand united against them,” Adams said.
