President Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden welcomed students at Eliot-Hine Middle School in Washington D.C. on Monday —but the magical moment may have been ruined by some presidential mucus.
Biden was visibly coughing into his hand and then chatting and shaking hands with students.
