Shortly after Tuesday night’s presidential debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, pop star billionaire Taylor Swift announced her endorsement of Harris for president.
“Like many of you, I watched the debate tonight,” Ms. Swift wrote on Instagram to her 283 million followers. “I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.”
Trump was asked about the endorsement on Fox & Friends Wednesday morning. Turns out, he’s not a “swiftie.”
“I actually like Mrs. Mahomes much better if you want to know the truth,” Trump said, referencing NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany, who has come under fire in recent weeks for liking pro-Trump posts on social media.
