Less than 72 hours after being shot in an assassination attempt in Butler, PA, former President and GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump entered the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee more determined than ever.

“USA!” chants. “FIGHT!” chants. And Lee Greenwood singing God Bless the USA.
