Might there be justice after all?

According to a Newsmax report, Hunter Biden’s plea deal, which would have resulted in zero jail time for the embattled Biden, is off the table; prosecutors are considering more charges.

From Newsmax:

U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika called for a recess to have parties work out details of the plea deal and how the tax crimes and gun charges fit together, according to reports.

Noreika pointedly asked Leo Wise, a top prosecutor in the case, if the deal meant Hunter Biden would be immune from prosecution for other possible crimes — including violations related to representing foreign governments.

Wise said no — and Hunter Biden’s lawyer responded by saying the agreement was “null and void.”

The younger Biden did not pay taxes on more than $1.5 million in income in 2017 and 2018 despite owing more than $100,000, prosecutors allege.
