Fulton County Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis and a grand jury last week indicted former President Donald Trump, Giuliani, and 17 others on felony charges.

Giuliani’s lawyers will be meeting with the Fulton County DA’s office early Wednesday to finalize a bond package before a surrender.

“In the last three years, the American people have seen blatant corruption and incompetence in our government. When it seeped like a cancer into the DA office, courts, and the Justice Department, our great country turned into Russia, Iran, China, and Venezuela,” Giuliani told Newsmax.

CNN reported Tuesday that Giuliani had not found a Georgia-based lawyer to negotiate his surrender and was being assisted by former New York Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik.

Giuliani then secured local counsel but is expected to be joined by Kerik.

Trump on Monday said he would surrender to authorities in Georgia on Thursday.

Giuliani spoke to reporters outside his NYC residence on Wednesday:

“I don’t know how many times he has to be proven innocent and they have to be proven to be liars. Actually, enemies of our republic, we are destroying rights, sacred rights,” former President Donald Trump’s lawyer said, according to CNN footage.

“They are destroying my right to counsel, my right to be a lawyer. They’re destroying his right to counsel. It’s not accidental they’ve indicted all the lawyers. Never heard of that before in America. All the lawyers indicted,” he continued.

“Now, whether you dislike or like Donald Trump, let me give you a warning. They’re gonna come for you. When the political winds shift, as they always do, let us pray that Republicans are more honest, more trustworthy, and more American than these people in charge of this government.”
