Former Trump aide and President and founder of America First Legal Stephen Miller joined Newsmax host Eric Bolling on The Balance to discuss the “explosive” developments in the Hunter Biden plea deal.
“This is obviously an explosive development. For those who are followers of our criminal justice system, a plea deal blowing up like this at the 11th hour is almost unheard of. It demonstrates just how out-of-the-ordinary this sweetheart deal was given to Hunter Biden,” Miller says.
“The effort on the part of Republicans in the House…to shine a light on the Department of Justice corruption —is clearly starting to have an impact.”
Miller also discusses how the plea deal implosion opens up the door to pursue Hunter Biden for failing to register as a foreign agent under the FARA Act.
