Former Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill stopped by MSNBC to compare Trump to Hitler and insist the former POTUS and 2024 GOP frontrunner is “more dangerous” than the German dictator who killed six million Jews in one of the worst atrocities in the history of mankind.
“A lot of people have tried to draw similarities between Mussolini and Hitler and the use of the terminology like ‘vermin’ … the difference though makes Donald Trump even more dangerous, though,” McCaskill says. “All he wants is to look in the mirror and see a guy who’s president.”
Conservative radio host Clay Travis blasted McCaskill on X, saying “No one with a functional brain believes this.”
“Trump is more dangerous than Hitler according to MSNBC guest. This kind of talking point was always deranged, but I think all of this is now a massive help to Trump in 2024. No one with a functional brain believes this, these people are bats**t insane.”
