Kamala Serves Up Fresh Word Salad: 'Let’s Come Together With the Character That We Are So Proud of About Who We Are' [Watch]

Uh, what?

While sitting down with Oprah Winfrey for a virtual campaign event Thursday night, presidential candidate Kamala Harris went off on an epic word salad rant about coming together — even Oprah looked lost.

“We love our country. I love our country. I know we all do, that’s why everybody’s here right now. We love our country. We– we take pride in the privilege of being American and this is a moment where [pause] we can and must come together as Americans, understanding we have so much more in common than what separates us,” Harris said.

“Let’s come together with the character that we are so proud of about who we are,” she said.

“We believe in what is possible, we believe in what can be, and we believe in fighting for that,” she added.

Oprah tried her best not to look absolutely bored.

Kamala’s off-teleprompter word salads are the main reason she’s done just 3 interviews since becoming the nominee. Harris and Walz have done just 7 interviews; Trump and Vance have done more than 70 in the last 59 days since Harris replaced Biden at the top of the Democratic Party ticket.
