While delivering prepared remarks at the North American Building Trades Unions (NABTU) 2024 Legislative Conference at the Washington Hilton on Wednesday, President Biden got into it with his old nemesis: the teleprompter.

Two of Biden’s gaffes went viral, including a moment where he read the word “pause” off of the teleprompter with a confused look on his face, and a moment where he yelled about choosing “freedom over democracy.”
