President Biden really, really, REALLY wants you to know he tried not to build the wall —but he has to.
During a briefing on Ukraine with his national security team in the Oval Office, President Joe Biden commented on the fact that his administration will move forward with building 20+ miles of new border wall.
“The money was appropriated for the border wall. I tried to get them to re-direct that money … I can’t stop that,” Biden told reporters.
