Fireworks during the House Weaponization of the Federal Government hearing!
Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and ranking member Rep. Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) got into several fiery exchanges during Thursday’s explosive hearing on government censorship where RFK Jr. was a witness.
Things started off rocky before RFK Jr.’s opening statement.
“If you want to cut him off and censor him some more, you’re welcome to do it,” Jordan said before Kennedy’s opening statement. “Oh that’s not my job, that’s your job. Why don’t you threaten the witness so that they can not want to be a witness,” Plaskett replied.

Rep. Plaskett didn't like RFK Jr. was given ten minutes for his opening statement and wanted him to have the standard five minutes.

Plaskett also tried to shut down Kennedy while he was trying to rebut a claim. “May I [respond], Mr. Chair?” Kennedy said. “You may not. You may not,” Plaskett said, prompting Jordan to hop in.
