What ballgame is Nancy Pelosi watching?
During CNN’s post-State of the Union analysis, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi had a strange moment when she seemingly grew frustrated that President Biden referred to Laken Riley’s killer as “illegal” instead of “undocumented.”
Riley is the 22-year-old who was brutally beaten and killed by illegal migrant Jose Antonio Ibarra. Ibarra is in the country illegally and has a criminal record.
“He should have said ‘undocumented,’ but that’s not a big thing, okay?” Pelosi said.
“We usually say ‘undocumented.’ He said ‘illegal.’ I don’t think it’s a big deal. I don’t think it’s a big deal because I think his focus was on the sympathy for the family. It’s a terrible tragedy,” Pelosi continued.
