Bad news for Biden…
According to a recent CNN poll, former President and 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump is up 4% points on Joe Biden nationally in a potential POTUS rematch; Trump is also approaching 50% GOP support.

Trump earned 49% support among registered voters in the latest CNN poll that saw Biden claim 45%. A majority, 51%, said they would not consider voting for Biden while 48% said the same of Trump, suggesting there exists little room for the numbers to shift in the upcoming year.
Trump notably performed well with minority groups that typically break for Democrats, earning 23% support among black voters and 46% among Latinos. He further edged out Biden 48% to 47% with voters under 35.
The Republican also outperformed Biden among men of color, earning 49% support in that bloc to Biden’s 46%. Women of color, however, broke 63% for Biden and 31% for Trump.
