DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS: Abbott Continues to Install Razor Wire Along Southern Border [SEE IT]

By Eric Bolling Staff

Abbott is not backing down on the border…

According to a New York Post report, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and his Texas National Guard have continued to install razor wire along the southern border despite a Supreme Court decision empowering the Biden Administration to dismantle the wire installations.

Abbott shared a picture of new wire going up on X.

“Texas’ razor wire is an effective deterrent against the illegal border crossings encouraged by Biden’s open border policies. We continue to deploy this razor wire to repel illegal immigration.”

Abbott also shared footage of the Texas National Guard on the move.

“I am so grateful for the Texas National Guard, and all of the other members of the Texas military department, and the Texas Department of Public Safety, who are stepping up to secure the border in the absence of Joe Biden enforcing the immigration laws of America.”

From The New York Post:

Texas officials cordoned off Shelby Park in Eagle Pass earlier this month and stationed state Texas National Guard units at the site to block anyone, including border patrol agents who hadn’t been granted prior approval from entering.

Abbott argued that the parcel had been used as a gathering place for migrants entering the US by crossing the nearby Rio Grande River.

Denying access to the area, he said, discouraged illegal entries into Eagle Pass, Texas.

The Department of Homeland Security is fighting to regain access to the stretch, contending they’re unable to reach migrants in need of emergency care.
