'Anytime, Anywhere, Anyplace!': Team Trump Pushing for Biden Debate, 'We Owe it to Our Country' [Watch]

By Eric Bolling Staff

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - MARCH 25: Former President Donald Trump speaks during a press conference at 40 Wall Street after a pre-trial hearing on March 25, 2024 in New York City. Judge Juan Merchan scheduled Trump's criminal trial to begin on April 15, which would make it the first criminal prosecution of a former American president. Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records last year, which prosecutors say was an effort to hide a potential sex scandal, both before and after the 2016 election. Donald Trump once again issued a debate challenge to President Biden on Thursday; “We owe it to our country,” Trump said in the challenge.

“It’s time for Crooked Joe Biden — the worst president in the history of the United States — and I to debate,” Trump said in a video message on TRUTH Social. “We have to talk about what he’s doing and where we’re going. We owe it to our country and we owe it to all Americans. Anytime, anywhere, anyplace,” Trump said.

According to The New York Times, major television networks including ABC, CNN, and Fox News are pushing behind the scenes to get a set of televised presidential debates on the calendar.

Trump has been bullish on debates; Biden, not so much.

“The country is in such trouble,” Trump told Fox News Digital. “What are Biden’s plans? I would fully accept any debate, anywhere, anytime, anyplace,” he continued.

When asked if he thought Biden would commit to a debate, Trump said “perhaps.”

“Perhaps he will, perhaps he won’t. I really don’t care,” he said. “I am totally committed to debating him anytime, anywhere, any place.”
