The Trump campaign continues to be a fundraising beast…
According to a report from Yahoo Financial, Donald Trump raked in $12 million dollars at a fundraiser in Silicon Valley on Thursday night hosted by billionaire investor David O. Sacks and venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya. Trump continues to make inroads with big donors in the historically blue tech sector.
“The Blue Wall of Tech has been breached,” posted Messari CEO Ryan Selkis after attending the event.
The Blue Wall of Tech has been breached.
Thank you @DavidSacks for leading the charge, and making it feel safer for tech leaders to support President Trump this year.

From Yahoo Financial:
Selkis, who co-founded his crypto market intelligence firm, was among those who reportedly paid between $50,000 and $500,000 for tickets to attend the event at Sacks’ home.
“Electric event!” Selkis added alongside a picture of himself with the former president.
Harmeet Dhillon, the former vice chairwoman of the California Republican Party, posted pictures of the event and said the fundraiser had met expectations by raising $12 million because of the support from tech.
Indeed, the presence from crypto leaders — after 3 years of tense relations between Biden and the sector — was notable. The New York Times reported that both Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss were in attendance and earned a shoutout from Trump.
$12M raised tonight! Incredible support for @realDonaldTrump. Not an empty seat in the gorgeous home of @DavidSacks and Jacqueline. Thrilled to see the tech leaders stepping up! pic.twitter.com/r4LIbrh4nA
